Because of its favourable climate and environmental conditions, Brasil is the world’s largest producer of coffee. Of the different Arabica qualities cultivated there, Santos is the most precious. Originating from the “fazendas” of the Minas Gerais state, Santos is named after the harbour where the yet unroasted coffee is shipped.
