Not only the goodness of coffee and the search for its origins. Caffè Corsini has always been attentive to sustainability and quality, recognised through important certifications that guarantee its commitment.
IGP CERTIFIED COFFEES
Colombian coffee has its own organoleptic peculiarities that are carefully controlled to allow it to maintain its PGI - Protected Geographical Indication - certification. This is a legal instrument, compulsory in countries where its protection is recognised by law, regulated by the European Union, which identifies a food product that originates from a specific place, a reputation, quality or other characteristic that can essentially be attributed to its geographical origin, in this case Colombian Coffee, and at least one of its production, processing or elaboration phases is carried out in the specific geographical area.Among our coffees we have Coffee Colombia, available in beans, ground, in pods and Nespresso compatible capsules.
FAIRTRADE CERTIFIED COFFEES
The FAIRTRADE Seal is an expression of an independent, reliable and widely recognised product certification system. The Seal validates that the purchase of a Fairtrade certified product benefits producers who have joined and contributed to the Fairtrade system.The FAIRTRADE Certification Mark guarantees that international Fairtrade Standards have been met. The label offers consumers the opportunity to translate their purchases into an act of solidarity with producers. By purchasing products with the FAIRTRADE label, you help producers improve their living standards and those of their communities. The label is currently available in 50 countries.Our coffees include Fairtrade-certified Sumatra Coffee, available in beans, ground and Nespresso-compatible capsules.
KOSHER AND HALAL CERTIFICATION
All our coffees and blends have received Kosher and Halal certification, which testifies to Corsini's mission to cater for all types of diets and diets, in an inclusive and quality manner.
RAINFOREST ALLIANCE COFFEE
Corsini's coffees also include those certified Rainforest Alliance, the collective alliance that protects forests by fighting deforestation. Protecting the environment and our planet is central for Corsini in order to preserve the quality of life of those who grow coffee and those who consume it. The raw materials used by Corsini contribute through Rainforest to the preservation of ecosystems and environmental sustainability. BIO CERTIFIED COFFEE
Our ORGANIC coffee comes exclusively from controlled and certified plantations, where smallholders have been growing it for generations in a natural way and without the use of chemical fertilisers. Using the knowledge of organic farming, the growers carry out mixed planting with shade and fruit trees (bananas, pineapple, papaya...), thus keeping the soil clean and respecting the earth's natural cycles. To rediscover the natural flavour and fragrance of a unique coffee.
