Description
This coffee comes from sato of Kerala, on the southern coast of India, and is the best quality of coffee monsonati. It is so named because after picking green beans are exposed to the monsoon winds in stores opened for a few weeks during the rainy season. This process reduces acidity and increases the sweetness with a straw yellow colour. A unique flavour, coffee with sweet spicy nuances particularly suitable after meals.
