In Colombia, on the volcanic slopes of the Andes, the world's most appreciated and widespread qualities of 'mild' Arabica are cultivated. The Medellin,. so called because of the size of its beans, is the most widespread and, thanks to its particularly sweet taste, is called 'suave' by Colombian connoisseurs.
